The answer is quite a story. Collectively, "The Gang" backed by generations of hard work and technology is creating a modern day hot sauce revolution. If the average hot sauce connoisseur were to scrape the surface of the goings on behind a bottle of Pete's brand they would find a force that is prepared to bring the best hot sauce in the world to their table at any cost. The commitment behind Pete's Hydrohot began over 350 years ago with one of the greatest purveyors of hot sauce in world history, Elias Ware. He began a family tradition that has been passed on for 13 generations. yes that's right, I said thirteen generations!

This picture of the Ware brothers was taken unbeknownst to them at the North American Hot Sauce Free Trade Agreements in May of 1999. Experts have speculated that they prefer to avoid the public eye in hopes of retaining the true integrity of their guerrilla marketing organization.Collectively they are feared by their competitors and loved by their customers. They are known for getting in there, and getting the job done, and getting the job done right. (first time) Very rarely photographed these renegades are making friends throughout the world. Unsuspecting gourmets have become suddenly addicted to the endorphin rush that comes with each and every bottle.
