Pete's Sauces       (Mild to Hot)   

Northern Guy and Pete's Hydrohot Mild- 13 lbs of scotch bonnets and habaneros per 50 gallons.

Pete's Hydrohot Regular- 50 lbs of peppers per 50 gallons.

Pete's Hydrohot Sweet- 40 lbs of peppers per 50 gallons.

Pete's Hydrohot 200% - 100 lbs of peppers per 50 gallons.

Pete's Hydrohot 300%- 150 lbs of peppers per 50 gallons.

Extracts: 1000 lbs per 5 gallons   (We don't go there)

As always we make our sauce with no preservatives, except for vitamin C. Whenever possible we try to use peppers from the Hydro-Mountain. Nowadays with our increased popularity and crazy 300% varieties, we can't always create enough peppers with demand. But if you're using Pete's 300%, you probably won't care if it came from the Hydro-Mountain or not.
